This hotel is a luxurious retreat with exclusive amenities. The service is impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre is a must-try. The indoor swimming pool is perfect for an early morning dip, and the sauna is a great relaxation spot. We enjoyed soaking in the Jacuzzi and indulging in a massage at the Spa lounge. The beauty treatments are simply fantastic, and the steam room is a lovely touch. The location advantages are also notable, with stunning views from the sun terrace, and a well-maintained garden area with comfortable sun loungers. The rooms are furnished with elegant decor, and the en-suite bathrooms are a real treat. The in-room breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant offered a great dinner selection.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the library felt a bit cramped, but this was quickly compensated by a wonderful BBQ facilities night. this hotel is highly recommended for an indulgent stay in a tranquil mountain setting.

The breakfast at Farm 2 Fork has an amazing selection of fresh veggies from the garden, and a wide array of local cuisine options. The spa service is top-notch, the massage leaves you feeling refreshed. The suites are spacious, comfortable, and have plenty of lounging space.

The staff at the hotel could use more thorough training to accommodate international visitors.

The resort's location was perfect, situated just a short walk to the scenic area. The grounds were well-maintained and had a vegetable garden which added to its natural beauty. The food was delightful, especially the Thai dishes. The rooms were spacious, which gave us ample space to relax and unwind.

I had to buy swimming caps at the spa which were quite expensive. The cost of the day trips was also steep, though the staff was helpful, and the trips were lovely.

Beautiful Environment, Great Tours and Spectacular Region

Stayed at a resort in a beautiful environment that offered great tours of a spectacular region. The location of the resort was ideal as it allowed us to explore the surrounding area conveniently. We especially enjoyed the tours of the mountain and irrigation system that provided us with amazing scenery and good photography opportunities. the resort also offered tours to the nearby panda reserve which was one of the best parts of our stay.

the food at the farm-to-fork restaurant was expensive and had tiny portions, and while breakfast was plentiful, it was not remarkable. the resort did not meet our expectations, and .
